Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Coucou(“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

SMS notifications are optional. When you affirmatively select the separate SMS consent checkbox for an event, you consent to receive recurring messages from Coucou about that event and its organizer. Coucou is the sender and messaging-program operator. You may withhold or withdraw SMS consent at any time without affecting your ability to create an account, RSVP, purchase, or attend.

Soluo LLC operates Coucou and the Coucou messaging program. Coucou provides event management workflows, consent-recording tools, and operational messaging services.

The host or organizer identified on an RSVP page supplies the event context and may use Coucou's tools to respond to guest questions. The organizer does not become a separate SMS program merely because its event name appears in a Coucou message.

• Coucou obligations: Publish clear opt-in disclosures, record consent, operate the messaging program, and honor unsubscribe requests.
• Organizer obligations: Provide accurate event information and use Coucou messaging only for the operational purposes covered by the guest's consent.
• Twilio obligations: Provide telecommunications delivery infrastructure, subject to carrier availability.

Coucou is an event management platform that allows hosts to create exclusive events and manage guest lists, while providing guests with secure access through password-protected RSVPs and digital tickets.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Coucou offers an optional recurring text messaging program for account notifications, RSVP and guest-list status, tickets or QR codes, event schedule or venue updates, and replies to guest-initiated questions about events or reservations.

By affirmatively selecting a separate SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive these messages from Coucou. The checkbox is unchecked by default. The event organizer shown on the page supplies the event context; Coucou remains the sender and program operator.

Message frequency varies based on your account, RSVPs, event activity, and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of account creation, purchase, RSVP, admission, or use of the Coucou service. This consent does not cover marketing or promotional offers.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may reply START to resubscribe. You can also manage SMS preferences from your RSVP status page or profile.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may not be available through every carrier or in every location.

Coucou handles mobile information according to its Privacy Policy.

• Event access is controlled through password-protected guest lists.
• Do not share event passwords with unauthorized individuals.
• Event hosts reserve the right to approve or deny RSVP requests.
• Digital tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the host.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Soluo LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Soluo LLC, Coucou, or their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
